3 seat Sofa and 2 Seat Loveseat by BROYHILL Furniture. Like New condition, & hardly sat on. Cushions are as firm as when bought a few years ago. Both pieces come with 2 small Bolsters each (pillows).
These pieces are Florida Contemporary in both design and color.
SOLD AS A SET, but would consider selling each piece separately, with a reasonable offer.
They have always been covered with throws to avoid any dust/dirt from accumulating on them. Cushions are cleanable as are pillows, and have zippers to remove fabric.
I am remodeling our Great Room and no longer have space to accommodate this Furniture.
The asking price is a lot lower than an estimate I got from a reputable furniture store. The original purchase price was $xxxx.00. Will accept any reasonable offer.
